Employee Feedback Portal

This portal allows managers to review feedback submitted by employees, including anonymous reports. While some submissions may be general, others may raise concerns that require further attention.

Please note: If a submission includes allegations of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct involving another employee, member, or vendor, it must be escalated immediately to the employee’s direct supervisor or the Executive Director, even if the report was submitted anonymously.

  • Confidentiality and Retaliation (104 Employee Handbook): Confidentiality will be protected to the extent reasonably possible. Any employee determined to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination. Retaliation against an employee who makes a complaint or participating in an investigation is prohibited.
